HOLLAND PROPERTIES THANKSGIVING PROJECT

We believe in strong community

At Holland Properties, we believe in fostering a sense of community and support among our tenants.

Our Thanksgiving Project is a heartfelt initiative that aims to provide assistance to those in need during this special season. We are proud to showcase how the generosity of our property owners, vendors, and other tenants combined with our commitment to giving back, creates a meaningful impact on the lives of those tenants in need.

Throughout the year, property owners contribute a charitable donation of $3 USD, an amount that is also allocated to various charitable causes. However, come November, we direct these accumulated funds toward our Thanksgiving Project. This unique initiative allows us to purchase gift cards that serve as a lifeline for our tenants facing financial challenges, ensuring they can celebrate Thanksgiving with joy and abundance.

How Does it work?

  1. Landsby Community Fund Contributions: Property owners contribute $3 USD each month, demonstrating their commitment to community welfare.
  2. Accumulation of Funds: These contributions are collected adding up to a meaningful sum by the time our Thanksgiving project arrives.
  3. Gift Card Purchases: In November, we use the collected funds to purchase gift cards. These gift cards are carefully distributed to eligible tenants, empowering them to purchase essential Thanksgiving groceries and provisions.
  4. Ensuring a Bountiful Thanksgiving: By providing our tenants with the means to celebrate Thanksgiving with a hearty meal, we aim to alleviate financial burdens and enhance the overall well-being of our community.
