Field Agent
As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property reviews, carefully documenting property's condition with high-quality pictures and detailed notes to facilitate work orders. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Maintenance Coordinators, Leasing Coordinators, and Resident Coordinators, to identify needed repairs, ensure properties are move-in ready, and verify tenant maintenance. Additionally, Field Agents may assist with tasks such as making key copies, managing warehouse inventory, delivering or picking up small appliances, and posting notices, among others.
Resident Services Coordinator
The Resident Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining a high property occupancy and fostering positive resident relations. This position involves managing communications, including calls, voicemails, and emails. Key responsibilities include conducting lease renewals, ensuring compliance with existing leases, reviewing property reviews to ensure lease compliance, among others. The coordinator also addresses rent delinquency and violation notices, while providing exceptional customer service, and keeping accurate data within CRM systems like AppFolio and LeadSimple.
Successful Resident Services Coordinator should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail, and be able to create synergy in their pod by working as a team.
Leasing Coordinator
The Leasing Coordinator manages the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring low vacancy rates and positive resident relations. This is done by handling and initiating communications like calls, emails, and addressing voicemails left by prospective tenants. The coordinator is also responsible for the timely preparation of lease contracts and addendums, and coordinating all aspects of the move-in process, while consistently providing stellar customer service and keeping accurate data within CRM systems like AppFolio and LeadSimple.
