Maintenance Request
If issue and need maintenance assistance, please submit your request through your appfolio tenant portal.
Make sure to include all relevant details such as location, time, pictures, features, etc. This will help us send the appropriate vendor or technician with the proper tools to expedite your assistance.
Emergency Request
If emergency assistance is required, call the Holland Properties office phone number: (503) 533-2121
- During Business Hours: Call the office number and follow prompts to reach your Pod Support Team.
- After-Hours & weekends: Call the office number, follow on-call prompts and press 9 for emergency assistance. Stay on the line after the recorded message and you will be transferred to an on-call technician or you can leave a message and someone will reach out to you as soon as possible.
An emergency is a serious threat to life, health, or property structure (Fire, Active Flood, Gas Leak, Severe Electrical Hazard). Minor leaks, noisy neighbors, or being locked out of the property are not considered emergencies.
Some final notes:
- If there is a leak, STOP the water source by turning off the water valve. If you cannot locate the valve, call 911 and then the emergency line.
- If there is an electrical problem, turn OFF the breaker serving that area. It is your responsibility to attempt to stop further damage. Report it to your Pod Support Team as soon as possible.
