We only do one thing, manage residential property.  You never have to worry about us helping your client with the next purchase or sale because that is not something we do.  We are licensed property managers not real estate agents.  Nobody on our team has a real estate license.  We keep your info in our system and when your client is ready to buy or sell again we will refer them back to you.

We can provide a rental value assessment

 

  • Provide a comprehensive market analysis including an estimate of rent
  • Projecting estimated expenses for similar properties
  • Help analyze risk of a potential property
  • We will assist you with this evaluation free of charge to you and your client

 


Don't forget to get HOA approval to rent

Do not forget that some HOAs have limits on the number or percentage of homes that can be rentals.  It is important that you or the prospective buyer verify that the home can be rented by contacting before making an expensive financial mistake.  It has happened before...
