Pre-Showing Checklist
To ensure a seamless viewing experience, please take a moment to review these essential steps for receiving your access code:
- Confirm Your Scheduled Showing: Double-check your appointment details to ensure you have the correct date and time.
- Verify Email Confirmation: Make sure you've confirmed your email address, as crucial access information is sent there.
- Enable Location Services: Be prepared to share your device's location, as this may be required for the access code to be revealed by Tenant Turner.
- Check for Access Code: Your unique access code is typically sent via email approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled tour. The code is usually valid for 90 minutes before and after your scheduled appointment time, within the self-access hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Opening the Lockbox
- Locate the keypad and enter your code.
- After entering the code, there's a lever button that you need to press to open the key compartment.

- Double-check that you are entering the correct, current access code.
- Ensure you are pressing the buttons firmly and that each press registers (the lockbox will beep or the screen will light up after each button is pressed).
The Lockbox Is Still Not Opening

- The key compartment will not open even after the correct code is entered, and gentle wiggling doesn't resolve it.
- You arrive for your showing, entered the code but the key is not present inside the lockbox.
- After viewing, you've placed the key back, but the lockbox will not properly close or lock.
- The lockbox appears visibly damaged, broken, or tampered with, which could prevent it from functioning correctly.
- If the lockbox has a digital display and shows an "Error" message (e.g., "ERR," "Jammed," "Invalid").
