Two persons are allowed per bedroom plus one extra in total. (i.e. 3 bedroom maximum occupancy is 7) An exception will be made for a child under 2 years old sharing a bedroom. Bedrooms are defined as a space primarily used for sleeping, with at least one window and a closet for clothing.
Our units are smoke-free. Smoking or vaping of any type will NOT be permitted on the premises, including the garage. Growing cannabis on any part of the premises, including common areas, is prohibited.

4. Modifications due to disability can be tenant-funded, if they agree to restore the premises to the pre-modified condition before vacating. Holland Properties, Inc. must approve modifications and contractors in writing, with all required permits/licenses.
5. Landlords can request verification of a disability from a qualified professional to confirm the need for the accommodation and its connection to the disability.
