We also provide marketing, inspections, tenant background checks, collecting rental income, paying expenses, including mortgages if you wish, prompt maintenance and comprehensive monthly financial statements.

If problems arise, they are handled in a timely manner to avoid complications. Periodic inspections are performed - both outside and inside, in order to avoid, as much as possible, any surprise issues. We also arrange for improvements and alterations that our property investor may require.
