Maintenance Request



If issue and need maintenance assistance, please submit your request through your appfolio tenant portal.


Make sure to include all relevant details such as location, time, pictures, features, etc. This will help us send the appropriate vendor or technician with the proper tools to expedite your assistance.

 

Emergency Request


If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency call our main phone number 503-533-2121 and follow the prompts in the automated system.

 

  • During regular business hours talk to our maintenance department.
  • After business hours follow the prompts to be directed to our professional emergency maintenance service.
  • if tenant locks their property and left their keys inside that is Tenant's responsibility/charge

 

It is your responsibility to mitigate damage as much as is practical by shutting off water and/or electricity or calling 911 if the situation warrants. A maintenance emergency is water damage, fire, loss of heat or severe weather related damage to the home.

Other Info


When submitting a maintenance request you will be asked for permission to enter to perform the request without having you present. We will notify you if this will be done and is usually the fastest way to take care of the problem for you.

We retain detailed Move-in and Move-out condition forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental home.
