The Holland Properties Team



With over 100 years combined property management experience and some of our team owning investment property themselves we have what it takes to get the job done right.


Small mom and pop companies can give great service...until an employee leaves or is otherwise unavailable for work.  The transition to being a big company is hard though and not all can make it work.  Holland Properties has made that transition now having over 30 employees and still giving great service.  This comes down to consistent systems and process championed by our two owners that spent most of their careers in the high tech and IT fields.  With size comes the advantage being big enough to get everything done even when staff goes on vacation or during unplanned emergencies.


Old fashioned portfolio style property management has specific employees that manage most of what happens with a group of properties.  If one of those people leaves the company, gets sick or just does not get the job done the system breaks.  On the other hand we are divided into 'pods'.  Pods work better than portfolio management style because you have a team that can cover during vacation or illness but yet has people that specialize in particular tasks.


Holland Properties consists of a talented group with a shared vision of delivering consistently great results for our clients, as well as ensuring that the company is a fun, inclusive, challenging place to work and develop a rewarding career. 


Following is an introduction to the sections of our company:


Sales Team

Our sales team is ready to answer all your questions! Our team makes sure that the onboarding process goes smoothly, you will never be by yourself. 

We have the experience to answer your questions and if we are not the right company to help you with your needs we are able to point you in the right direction.

 

Marketing & Communication

Our marketing team is in charge of managing social media, the website and helping out with the sales process. Here is where we create magic by providing an extraordinary experience in customer service. We work with all departments to always improve in communication and make sure that we have happy owners, tenants, and vendors. 

 

Accounting

The numbers are experts behind the scenes.  Keeping all the bills straight, working with utility companies, HOAs, etc is definitely a handful!  It takes just the right people to love working with numbers and keeping all organized for our property owners and tenants and we have just the right team!

 

Maintenance

Our superheroes. This team rocks all the way. Fixing little stuff and big stuff, getting your property turned and ready fast for the net tenant to minimize vacancy time.


Field Agents

Team of 4 that review properties at move out, pre-move in, post move in and annuals. They assure that everything is well taken care of with the periodic property reviews. 

 

Process Architect

The key to success is to have systems, prove them, adjust what is needed and then implement them. We are a proud company that innovates all the time. We have software and apps that allow us to have an excellent follow-up in what we do. Our process Architect makes sure that everything is up to date, keeps track of details, and finds the solution in order to provide a better service. 

 

Operations -The Pods

At Holland Properties, we divide all the properties we manage into groups that are assigned to pods. The pods handle all aspects of onboarding, leasing, maintenance, turns, billing, etc.  They are your one point of contact if you are an existing owner or tenant.
