Mark Mundell – President and owner of Holland Properties, Inc.
I have always had a passion for real estate. As a part time investor, I have bought, sold and rented out homes for 30+ years. I held my real estate license in Idaho to buy, fix and sell my own investment homes. After 20+ years as an engineer, I left the semiconductor tech world to pursue my passion of real estate investment homes and purchased Holland Properties, Inc.
I have been with my best friend, Debbie since high school and married her in 1977. We have one grown son.
Our hands on experience and perspective assist us in dealing with vendors, repairs and project management. We own both commercial and residential real estate. So, we understand first-hand the challenges of renting out a home and trusting the care of a huge investment to someone else.
Debbie Mundell – Secretary and owner of Holland Properties, Inc.
Before purchasing Holland Properties I worked as a bookkeeper for a high energy property management in Boise, Idaho for five years. After moving to Portland, Oregon I went to work for Holland Properties. I worked as the office manager and bookkeeper for the company for six years. Working closely with the previous owner (Kelly Dyer), we were able to double the business in the six years. After purchasing the company from Kelly, we did not lose a single account during the transition, due to our diligence, communication and client focus.
My emphasis is on communication with owners, tenants and vendors to assure the efficient management of investment properties. I oversee all aspects of the day to day operation of Holland Properties.
The most important thing to me is to honor God by working hard and dealing with everyone with honesty and integrity.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Mark since 1977 and have one grown son.
Stacy Jackson – Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
Stacy has worked at Holland Properties responsible for Accounts Payable since 2005. Her attention to detail is evident in every statement from our company. When she’s not working she enjoys time with family, hiking and camping.
Cheri Peddicord – Leasing Agent
I have been in the Property Management industry for many years, where every day is different and rewarding. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their new home. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and baking.
Anna Gochuico – Receptionist / Office Coordinator
It is both a privilege and a blessing to have a job you like and work for an organization that puts emphasis on the same values that are important to you. Holland Properties’ desire to be honest, professional and excellent in communicating with both clients and tenants coincide with the same vision I go by. Working in the forefront and extending the necessary administrative guidance and knowledge to clients and tenants have always been something I’ve enjoyed doing.
Away from work, I enjoy hanging out and spending quality time with my family and kitchen :).
Theresa Peterson – Maintenance Coordinator
I come to Holland Properties with Maintenance and Property Management back ground. I have spent over 20 years in the Maintenance and operations field. I look forward to helping and assisting the vendor’s, Tenant’s and Owners. Every day is different! On my off time I can be found frequenting the Columbia Gorge or out at the coast storm watching and beach combing.
Ryan Mundell – Leasing Agent
Having spent time growing up preparing, working on, and flipping houses, I understand how to properly care for a home and what is needed to bring it up to, and keeping them at, rental standards. In my previous employment, I was consistently working in and caring for client’s homes. I use this knowledge every day in the way I treat tenants, owners, and their houses.
In my free time my wife and I enjoy visiting the different markets located throughout the Portland metro area, exploring the many unique shops found in Portland, and occasionally sharpening our archery skills.
Stephen Heger- Inspection Coordinator
Stephen has worked in the maintenance and construction industry for over 15 years. Having been a site manager and independent contractor he now performs occupied inspections and property inspections at move-out as well as maintenance.
Scott Collard- Handyman
Scott has extensive experience in light handyman work and preventative maintenance. Camping, hiking and playing drums at church fills up the week.
