Solid Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee


If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service you are never ‘stuck’ since we do not lock you into annual contracts.  With our Satisfaction Guarantee you can cancel any time with only a 60 day notice.  Do make sure to read your contract about any early termination fees that may apply if you have just onboarded and we placed a tenant for you as we are not a ‘lease up’ service.


Lease Break Guarantee


If a tenant breaks their lease most property managers charge another leasing fee to find the next tenant.  Not with us.  If the tenant breaks their lease our Lease Break Guarantee will replace them for you, in most cases, with no additional cost to the property owner.


Pet Protection Guarantee


Worried about pet damage to your rental?  You won't need to with our Pet Protection Guarantee where we automatically provide one month of rent worth of coverage for pet related damage over and above any tenant security deposit.

Best in class Eviction Protection Program

Evictions are a serious matter for property owners and costs can easily reach into the thousands of dollars. At Holland Properties we understand one of the downfalls of being a small business owner is the risk of unexpected expenses. This is why we have developed a special optional Eviction Protection Program to help cover these expenses when they are incurred at one of your properties.

  • Provide a lease agreement that effectively covers your property, collect and account for rents, and perform periodic property reviews to ensure tenants are fulfilling the terms of the lease.

 

  • Perform complete accounting for your property, to ensure a maximum return on your investment and optimum tax benefit.
